(AI) for a refund, less $15.00 service fee, within 1) thirty (30) days from the date of downloading the Licensed Software from the website, or 2) thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the license of the Licensed Software, which ever is earlier. This Satisfaction Policy shall not apply subsequent to the Registration of the Licensed Software with AI. For a refund, contact AI at 1-866-BVX-VALU.
